Executive Chef required for UHNW family in Qatar - Travelling throughout the year with the client Health and Nutrition Executive Chef position in Qatar + Numerous trips around the world with the client Description: We require an experienced Chef specialising in Health and Nutrition to live in and travel with a Private Family. The Chef will be required to provide healthy and well-balanced meals (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and delicious and inventive recipes and suggestions for various occasions on a daily basis. The candidate has to be able to innovative & varied menus and meals within a calorie-controlled diet. To ensure scheduling is arranged to suit the Family’s needs. To put in place all correct health and safety policies and procedures. To manage staffing issues and liaise with Principal regarding staffing requirements or changes. The candidate must have the skills to present formal multiple course French style meals for our Lunch and Dinner Events for VIP guests.

Salary: €4500 - €6,000 per month

Job Requirements

Responsibilities: To travel extensively when required with the client and quickly adapt to new countries, cultures, properties and kitchen layouts. To skilfully cook delicious healthy and nutritious meals for the Principal, his family and their guests. This will include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. A good knowledge of different culinary styles, and a willingness to work with local products such as our farm grown oranges and Qatari truffles. Plan and deliver quality menus to meet the needs of the Principal and his family and their guests, including factoring in allergies, dietary requirements/ diet-controlled menus and personal taste. Maintain high kitchen hygiene standards at all times. Maintain a clean, safe and efficient working environment. Liaise with the personal trainer when required regarding the client’s fitness & health plans. Have up to date knowledge of developments in nutritional research, using this to inform healthy recipe ideas and inspiration.
