Viking are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to work the upcoming summer months in a high-end lodge based in the North Island of New Zealand. This role is to start in the next 2 weeks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a team of 9 while helping produce a refined style of food. On offer is a salary paid in NZ dollars, accommodation, all uniform and meals. Candidates will need to hold a NZ passport or NZ work visa, and be available for the projected start date.
