Viking is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a 100m+ private yacht in September. The chosen candidate will have experience cooking and provisioning onboard a large vessel, be comfortable leading a team in the galley and be a well rounded chef who is happy to help out with both crew and guesat food. A valid STCW, ENG1, Food and Hygiene Level 2 Certificate and Ships Cook Certificate will need to be held by candidates. A competitive package is on offer for the right candidate.
