FEMALE DECKHAND required for a big sail yacht. Private and charter. You will have a good sailing background and keen to make yachting a career. This is the ideal yacht to improve your skill set and experience. Ideally you have your Yacht Master Sail Offshore in hand already. Training incentives are offered. Working beneath the bosun and first mate to maintain the exterior to it's immaculate condition. Good work ethic and a team player. 37days leave pa with with economy tickets. Full medical/dental. Shared cabin with another female crew member. They average 40-45 charter days per season. This is a fantastic yacht with a lovely owner. - Sorry gentlemen this is strictly a female role only.
