The yacht is currently in Singapore. The SOLE CHEF will need to be enthusiastic and have a high energy level, and preferably have had at least 1 year as a SOLE CHEF on a similar or larger size yacht. Be able to provision a yacht in remote places and cook for up to 10 people with ease. Have an outgoing and flexible personality, be able to work in a small team environment, be well organised at all times. Must be good with children. The owner is looking for NON drinking CHEF, they like out of the track trips, nature and discovering new places. Must enjoy children as the owner has 3 children the ages arrange from 6, 15, 17 years old. BENEFITS: 3 months probation period and if you work out would like the SOLE CHEF to go onto a 12 month contract. STCW95 At least 1 YEARS Experience in the industry is preferred, but high level CHEF background would be considered. Strengths in seafood, Australasian, Asian style cuisine. Must be clean and keep the galley clean and presentable at all times. Be able to provision in remote places. Be able to get in there and help fellow crew-members when needed.
