The ideal candidate can have good restaurant experience and be a passionate chef that has a strong interest in fresh produce.The owners prefer light, family style food utilising the freshest ingredients. They have a very fit and healthy lifestyle, 80% vegetarian. You must be very organised and keep a clean galley, be able to work under pressure for the charter guests. Ideally you should be mother tongue English speaking with no visa issues, or be a dual passport or European passport holder. STCW, ENG 1, food and hygiene level 2 and above and drivers licence are required. You should have a strong knowledge of special dietary requirements i.e vegan, diabetic, gluten free, dairy free etc. You must be a good all rounder, team player and enthusiastic with a positive attitude, would suit a young and enthusiastic chef looking to break into the yachting industry or have some yachting experience.
